History

The first stage is the start-up period (April 2020-June 2023).

With the incubation support of Yutong Group, the company has initially completed team building, R&D patent layout, production line capacity construction, product scale production, OEM customer development and major domestic and foreign market expansion.

The second stage is the strategic transformation period (July 2023-present)

The company successfully achieved management buyout, completed round A and round A+ equity financing and management equity incentives, gradually separated from the Yutong Group system, and fully turned to market-oriented operations. It has completed factory inspections for major customers such as Goldwind Technology, Mingyang Smart Energy, CRRC Times, and Zhan Yang Power, and started customer development for Envision Energy, Xiamen Golden Dragon, Geely Bus, and China FAW, laying a solid foundation for the company to complete its mid-term development strategy and IPO.
