Working principle
Run according to the preset program. When the rest countdown ends, the lubrication pump starts working and the grease is transported to the single-line distributor through the main line. At this time, the system pressure gradually increases, and the grease is quantitatively distributed to each lubrication point through the single-line distributor. When the terminal oil pressure reaches the action pressure of the sensor, the pressure signal will be fed back to the monitor. The lubrication pump stops working after continuing to work for 1 minute. At this time, the main line is depressurized, the single-line distributor stores oil quantitatively, the grease supply process ends, and the system enters the next working cycle.
